Delivery to New Zealand:
We offer 2 types of shipping to New Zealand
International Economy 5 - 12 days with No Tracking
International Express 3 - 7 days with Tracking.

Expected delivery times Australia:
Standard: You can typically expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days of having received your dispatch confirmation email.
Express: You can typically expect to receive your order within 1-4 business days of having received your dispatch confirmation email.
Please note the above time frames are a guideline and delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.
We require a signature upon delivery for all orders. It is recommended to provide an address where someone is there to sign, ie work address, etc., for delivery if no one is at your home during business hours. If you use your business address, please include the business name in your delivery address. Delivery to PO Box or Parcel Lockers are also fine.
Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.
Please note: we cannot take responsibility for incorrectly addressed parcels or lost/stolen parcels once delivered. Please check your address carefully.
